Bulk orders (more than 50) must be
accompanied by a 50% deposit and balance paid
upon delivery

Order Accuracy / Cancellation
Policy
VRK does not stock products. Every order is custom made especially for
you. We expect our customers
to accept responsibility for ordering the correct number of items. When
you place an order with us we
consider it a binding contractual request by you for our product. However,
we realize extenuating
circumstances occur. The amount of refund related to an order cancellation
is as follows;

Back Orders and Delays
We will always make every effort to deliver small orders in 7-10 business
days and bulk orders within
30 days; in the event of an unforeseen problem we will contact you and
give you an option of canceling
without penalty.
Return Policy
We offer a 30 – day money back
guarantee on our product. If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with
our product, contact us to return the item and we will credit your
account. If you paid by check or money
order, we will refund your purchase with a check. Unfortunately, we cannot
refund your original shipping
charges.
Shipping and tracking are the
responsibility of the customer. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of
the returned item(s). Please allow 7-10 business days for processing
returns.
Procedures for
returns
Contact us by e-mail for a return
merchandise authorization number. Provide your name, order number,
order date, quantity of items, day time telephone number, and the reason
for return. A return
merchandise authorization number must be on your shipping label. Returns
must be post marked within
30 days of delivery date.
Shipping and Handling
The 2.00 shipping and handling
charge is for customers within the 48 contiguous states. For customers
outside the 48 contiguous states the shipping and handling charges are 15%
of the product amount.
Noncontiguous states include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U S Virgin
Island, Guam, American Samoa,
Us Territories and all APO addresses.
Shipping and handling charges are taxable
in all states except; AK, DC, ID, IL, MA, NH, NJ, OH, OK, OR,
and WY.
Sales Tax Information
We are required by law to
charge 7% tax.

VRK.com guarantees that all personal information you send to us is 100%
private. Your email address is
also safe. We will not sell your email address to anyone.
